Job Description:

As a Senior Scientist in Immuno-Inflammation, you will play a critical role in advancing our research programs and developing new therapeutic strategies for treating immune-mediated inflammatory diseases. You will lead and execute research projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the discovery and development of novel drug candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct research programs focused on understanding the mechanisms of immune-mediated inflammatory diseases. Mentor and supervise junior scientists and engineer. Develop and implement in vitro and in vivo models to study immuno-inflammatory processes. Design, organize and manage preclinical studies performed in-house or with subcontractors. Analyze and interpret complex data sets. Write and validate scientific and study-related reports. Participate to Due-Diligence with pharmaceutical companies. Present project to internal meeting and external pharma collaborators. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including immunologists, molecular engineer, chemists, and clinical scientists, to advance drug discovery programs. Stay current with the latest scientific advancements and contribute to the preparation of scientific publications and presentations.


  • Ph.D. in Immunology, a related field with Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical company or Biotech company, the field of immuno-inflammation research, preferably in an industry setting. Proven track record of scientific project management in biotech/industry environment, as well as scientific excellence as evidenced by publications in high-impact journals and/or patents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Successfull candidates should be extremely self-motivated, team-player, creative, have significant experience and mechanistic understanding of the Immunotherapeutic life cycle (MoA, Target engagement, PoC, Tox, PK/PD, reports,…), and ideally an experience of pharma due diligence process.
