Location: London (Hybrid Working)

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and nurture a high volume of transactional business and customer interactions, including inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring each customer receives personalised and efficient service. Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and pricing options of job posting packages on Nature Careers to potential clients. Develop a deep understanding of the unique needs and requirements of customers from different industries and locations across Europe. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue generation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM tools. Provide prompt and insightful responses to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis. Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position our services. Manage existing accounts as well as new business development.  Regularly meet and liaise with clients and agencies to discuss and identify advertising requirements within Europe. Help cover Nature Careers and effectively communicate its value proposition.


Experience, Skills & Qualifications:


  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.  Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse range of customers. Proven ability to handle high call/email volume while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using digital tools for customer engagement. Knowledge of the job recruitment industry and a genuine interest in staying informed about market trends.


  • Previous experience in transactional sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in German would be a bonus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
