A post doc position on the thin film fabrication for 3-dimentional magnetic recording media and/or permanent magnet with less rare earth element and their magnetic and microstructure characterizations. Background on magnetism and magnetic materials is required. Experiences on the sputtering and/or microstructure characterization by TEM are desirable. The candidate must have a strong motivation in learning TEM observation.
