  • Act as the contact with technology, publishing, and customer services teams on topics and initiatives related to individual OA pricing and discounts, communicating OA business requirements and collaborating to optimise author experience.

Collaboration with global and local teams

  • Provide OA commercial and pricing expertise to colleagues in the OA team and wider business, to help inform the development of initiatives supporting OA growth and transition.
  • Key relationships between this role/the OA team and other business units include (but aren’t limited to): central pricing team, publishing teams across journals and books (global and regional), technology teams, communications and marketing teams, customer services, sales, OA operations.
