Job Details

In June 2022, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) (HKUST(GZ)) was founded as a higher education institution governed jointly by the Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The university is situated in the heart of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, a highly active and vibrant region in the world. The State Council of the People's Republic of China has issued the "Overall Plan of Nansha of Guangzhou for Deepening the Comprehensive Global Cooperation among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao," which has aided in the establishment and growth of the university.

HKUST(GZ) aims to craft an innovative approach to cross-disciplinary education and research and to meet the needs of an ever-evolving world. To address the increasingly complex challenges in this rapidly changing world, HKUST(GZ) has adopted a unique academic structure that features "Hubs" and "Thrusts" instead of "Schools" and "Departments".
