On the conceptual level, you will have the opportunity to contribute to strategies for generalisation of Covid-19 portal concepts to broader pandemic research preparedness.

You have

  • Degree in computer science or a related field
  • Minimum two years experience in software development;
  • Good knowledge of Java, at least one Javascript framework like React or Angular, as well as indexing and database technologies like Lucene, SolR, SQL; knowledge of REST APIs and how to interface with them;

You might also have

  • Experience in biomolecular or biomedical data and metadata integration
  • Metadata schemes like schema.org or DCAT
