The successful applicants will lead experimental design and technology development on CRISPR systems, generate and analyze data, and lead manuscript development. There are also opportunities to develop highly multiplexed genome editing, and deploying those systems to identify gene regulatory mechanisms contributing to a diverse range of human diseases.We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in genome and epigenome editing; CRISPR-based disease modeling; protein engineering; and/or high-throughput genetics, genomics, or epigenetics studies. In addition to Dr. Reddy, the candidate will work with a team of faculty, postdoctoral associates, graduate and undergraduate students conducting research and training on human gene regulation.
