The Department of Surgical Oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center invites applicants for appointment as assistant professor to investigate technologies, techniques and clinical outcomes of robotic surgery for pancreas and gastric cancer.

Responsibilities will include clinical care, teaching and research. The successful candidate will lead a high-impact research program focusing on robotic surgery technologies, molecular-targeted fluorescent agents and patient-centered outcomes. Applicants should hold or be eligible for medical licensure in Texas and must possess an M.D. with board eligibility or certification in surgical oncology. The salary range is $328,846-$400,000 and will be based on the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
