Localization of BRD1 in rat cerebral cortex (layer II-III neurons) using immunostaining and confocal microscopy. BRD1 (green) is located in the perikaryal cytosol, the proximal dendrites and the nucleus of the neurons. Surrounding glia cells are BRD1-negative. Nuclei were stained with TO-PRO-3 (red).
