Scope: The collection considers a range of issues including the manner in which environmental harm is framed within criminal justice systems and how failures in enforcement practice or issues within policy and legislation impact on environmental harm. Topics include: environmental harm as crime, environmental victimology, environmental policing, environmental law and the prosecution of environmental offences, environmental criminality, wildlife crime as environmental harm.
