Genomics data for plant ecology, conservation and agriculture
Submission status
Open
Submission deadline
Genomics and transcriptomics data can support a myriad of research questions in ecology, sustainability, and agriculture with data collected via primary acquisition, updated or curated from existing datasets. This Collection presents a series of articles describing genomics, transcriptomics, metagenomics, or datasets related to plant sciences or plants of ecological or agricultural interest. The Collection will also include all types of data in advanced and developed genomics and transcriptomics research areas. Data are presented without significant analyses to support areas such as taxonomic classification, phenomics, gene adaption, crop science, polyploidy, and other topics within plant sciences and agriculture. Descriptions of data on pests and pathogens of wild or domesticated plant species will also be considered.
