2D materials are materials in which one dimension is small enough to be considered negligible. Such structural characteristics result in very interesting physical properties which have attracted a lot of interest in the past decade. The use of 2D materials in electronics applications (e.g. contacts) have great potential for producing high-performance electronic devices.
This Collection will present original research in the development and applications of 2D materials, specifically for electronics.
