GIM’s goal is to ensure timely distribution of important SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 research and commentaries by expediting review and publication of relevant accepted manuscripts. All articles related to COVID-19 published in the journal are freely available. Submit your research to GIM.

Find free resources on the latest research, evidence, and data on COVID-19 from GIM’s publisher, Springer Nature.

GIM, with our publisher, Springer Nature, is sending all peer-reviewed published research on COVID-19 to the World Health Organization (WHO) on a rolling basis. Submit your relevant COVID-19 research, or presubmission inquiry, on host genomics and the virus through our online submission site.

GIM encourages authors to share their COVID-19 data in a repository of your choice. Our publisher, Springer Nature, offers free data deposition services with Research Data Support or help finding suitable repositories for COVID-19 data.
