3D genome organisation

Development of new techniques for chromosome configuration capture, utilising in particular - but not only - the benefits of next generation sequencing, has allowed us to probe the three dimensional structure of the genome and to study its complex role in gene regulation in new and exciting ways. This Collection will focus on further methodological advances in this field as well as on the applications of these new techniques to study nuclear organization and how genome architecture regulates gene expression.
