The field of exposure science can help to unravel the complex data around exposure and health effects of COVID-19 and other pathogens. This collection includes a series of publications on exposure to microbes, factors that contribute to individual and population vulnerability, and the role of natural and built environments. The collection also highlights opportunities for the exposure science community to understand pathways of infectious disease transmission and identify mitigation measures.
The peer review process for these articles is the same as the peer review process of the journal in general.
