There are two hours of verifiable CPD in every Vital! Anyone can take part: just read the two articles labelled CPD then answer the multiple choice questions on the other side of this page.

It's free to read Vital! If you don't already receive a copy, go to the Vital website at www.nature.com/vital and register for full online access to every article published since 2003.

You can take part in Vital CPD either online or through the post. Subscribing online works out at less than £5 per hour of CPD. Postal CPD costs £6 per hour of CPD (the extra cost is to cover admin and posting).

Subscribing online means that you pay once a year for your Vital CPD, clocking up eight hours over four issues. Don't forget to renew your subscription! With postal CPD you can pay for one or two hours of CPD, each time an issue of Vital is published: it's up to you how many you do!
