(A) 2,4,6-TCP degradation rates during plant incubation. 2,4,6-TCP degradation was calculated with the remaining TCP in the medium every week for a month after seedlings were grown in 1/2MS liquid media containing 10 mg/L 2,4,6-TCP. The natural loss of 2,4,6-TCP has been subtracted. (B) Comparison of residues of 2,4,6-TCP in AtPDIL1-2 transgenic plants and WT treated with 10 mg/L of 2,4,6-TCP for a month. mAU, milli absorbance unit. *mean that the relative TCP residue in the culture medium is significantly different (p < 0.05) from that of WT plants (three different tests).
