  1. These 22 genes are the genes that showed significant difference between Group 1 (clusters 1 and 4) and Group 2 (clusters 2 and 3) from Fig. 2A. A gene was selected if the absolute value of the difference between its expressed rates (showed “1”) in Group 1 and in Group 2 is >0.5. The last column denotes the logFC value of DU145 cells vs. PC3 cells on these 22 genes’ expressions.
