  1. The polarization orientation is respective to the DNH apex. For the DNH-parallel case, the FCS fit considers two species. The number of molecules and diffusion time for the slowly diffusing species (aperture region) are respectively N0 = 49 and τd,0 = 33 μs (see Methods section for details).
