Isoliquiritigenin and naringenin attenuate DSS induced IBD.
C57BL/6 mice were given 2.5% (w/v) DSS in drinking water for 6 days. Isoliquiritigenin and naringenin were orally administrated every day, starting 7 days prior to the DSS treatment (n = 5 mice for each group).
