SIRT1 or SIRT3 proteins were immobilized onto a CM5 sensor chip. Binding analyses were performed using a range of cAMP or db-cAMP concentrations (15.6–500 μM). (F,G) Mechanistic diagram of the interaction between cAMP and SIRT1 obtained by auto-dock analysis. The first graph shows the interaction between NAD and SIRT1 compared with the second graph, which shows the interaction between cAMP and SIRT1. All the statistical analyses were performed using one-way ANOVA. #p < 0.05, ##p < 0.01 ###p < 0.001 compared with treated control group cells; *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 compared with untreated control group cells.
