By analysing all database records containing BiFeO3, a distribution of extracted phase transition temperatures can be generated and analysed to determine an estimate of the transition temperatures and associated uncertainties. This approach yields average Néel (a) and Curie (b) temperatures of 644±9K and 1,097±32K, respectively.
