Lines dividing boxes indicate the median, and vertical lines represent range of expression from the 1st to 99th percentile. The p-values were derived from two-sided Kruskal-Wallis tests; depicted are those cell phenotypes with a p-value < 0.05 (adjusted for multiple comparisons; n= 404 tumours).
