In the Introduction section the two references to (Buck and While, 2015) in the first and third paragraphs have been corrected to (Taylor Buck and While, 2017).
The first note also incorrectly stated “Since these figure change continuously, it is difficult to estimate the current number, but in 2011 there were ca. 7000 cameras in Berlin and 13,750 in Warsaw (Svenonius, 2011, p 148)”. This has been corrected to “Since these figure change continuously, it is difficult to estimate the current number, but in 2011 there were ca. 7000 cameras in Berlin and 3750 in Warsaw (Svenonius, 2011, p 148)”.
In addition to this the reference “Buck NT, While A (2015) Competitive urbanism and the limits to smart city innovation: The UK Future Cities initiative.
