Here, \(V_{0}=V_{1}=V_{2}\) represent the potential energy on the bilayer graphene layers, respectively, also the potentials \(V_{1}\) and \(V_{2}\) are less than \(t_{\perp }\) and therefore the bands can be considered as paraboloids. \(d_{B}\) and \(d_{w}\) represents the widths of the barrier and well regions, respectively. \(x_L\) and \(x_R\) correspond to the left and right ends of the nanostructure.
