Intracaecal 16S rDNA gene-based real-time PCR quantification of the relative abundance of Parabacteroides distasonis, Paraprevotella clara, Parasutterella excrementihominis, and Flavonifractor plautii. Data are expressed as the relative proportion of the number of 16S rDNA copies of each target to the total number of 16S rDNA copies per mg of intracaecal content of mice subjected to 2G (n = 10) or 3G (n = 11) hypergravity and 1G control mice (n = 7). Statistical analyses were done using the Mann-Whitney U test. *p < 0.05; **p < 0.0005. Error bars reflect standard error of the mean.
