FG-4592 increased the thickness of fibrovascular tissue. (A) Thickness of the fibrovascular tissue at the HE-stained matrix-host interface of samples explanted 3 days, 7 days and 14 days after the initial operation. (B) Statistical analysis indicated that compared to the negative control (NC) group, FG-4592 at low dosage (LD) and high dosage (HD) increased the thickness of the fibrovascular tissue in a dose and time-dependent manner.
