Effects of the treatment with silybin alone or in combination with BPA on growth inhibition of H-HepG2. (A) Effect of BPA (0.05 μM), Sil (68 μM) and BPA/Sil combination on cell viability expressed as a percentage of proliferation of the H-Hep-G2. Cell viability was assessed after 48 h by MTT assays.
