The microwave power is an input power to the antenna in the impedance mismatching condition. The error bars are fitting errors (1σ). The dashed lines indicate the power used for the measurement of Fig. 4. Note that the photon count in this figure is smaller than the value shown in Fig. 3(a) (150 kcps). This difference comes from the slight difference of the optical alignment tuning; it reproduces the same condition as used in Figs 3 and 4.
