PinAPL-Py’s scope and methods. (A) Examples of screen designs, compatible with PinAPL-Py. PinAPL-Py is designed to analyze a generic screen in which a single control (possibly represented by several replicates) is to be compared to a number of “conditions” which can take various forms, depending on the context of the experiment. 1–3 show common examples, but are not an exhaustive list.
