(As the triplicates grew almost identically, the error bars are almost flat in most time-points) (Error bars are Standard Error of the Mean, SEM). (b) 50 cfu of mDB150 and mDB147 were spotted on 7H10/hyg50/zeo33 plates. The picture was taken after 40 days incubation.
