Data is representative of 4 experiments, n = 8 wild-type mice, 14 GFPKIN mice and 14 Cns3-/- mice. Data was analyzed by a one-way ANOVA with Tukey’s multiple comparisons test. b) Quantification of CD25-gMFI in CD73- thymic Treg cells in WT or EDEL (Il2ra CaRE4-/-) mice in the non-obese diabetic (NOD) background.
