In the version of this article initially published, in the “Lysophagy” subsection, in the text reading “Lysophagy is the selective degradation of damaged lysosomes by autophagy. Leakage of lysosomal enzymes into the cytosol, due to lysosomal membrane rupture, leads to lysosomal cell death¹¹⁷,” the reference citation is incorrect.
