In the version of this Resource originally published, there were two errors in the Methods section. In the first sentence of subsection ‘treatment of RNA with AlkB’, ‘2,000 U RNase inhibitor’ should instead be ‘2,000 U ml-1 RNase inhibitor’. In the first sentence of subsection ‘treatment of RNA with T4PNK’, ‘10 mM ATP’ should instead be ‘1 mM ATP’. The errors have been corrected.
