In the version of this Letter originally published, in Fig. 1 the vertical axis label ‘Tidal G’ should have read ‘Tidal Q’ and in the Fig. 1 legend the quantities ‘G’ and ‘Gmin’ should have read ‘Q’ and ‘Qmin’, respectively. This has now been corrected.
