  1. Rotarod and grip strength tests of HD mice with different treatments were compared using Fisher’s protected LSD test implemented post-hoc on linear regressions to identify differences. For rotarod, HD mice that received intrastriatal WT-NPC injection showed significant improvement compared to the sham injection group (P = 0.0468), and mice that received intrastriatal HD-shHD-NPC showed considerable improvement (P = 0.0026). For grip strength, HD mice that received intrastriatal WT-NPC and HD-shHD-NPC injection showed significant improvement compared to the sham injection group (P = 0.0014, P = 0.0077, respectively) (* denotes P < 0.05)
