a C57BL/6 mice were injected intravenously with 1 × 105 B16-F10 tumor cells on day 0 followed by transfer of 2 × 106 naïve pmel-1 T cells on day 1. Mice (n = 8) were then dosed with 1 × 109 mRBC-CTRL, 1 × 109 mRBC-CTRL with anti-PD-1 (αPD-1), or 1 × 109, 2.5 × 108, or 6 × 107 mRBC-gp100-4-1BBL-IL-12 on days 1, 4, and 8.
