The SIFSIX-3-M (M = Zn, Co, Ni, Fe) structures decompose to 1D, 2D or many other possible phases up on radiation exposure. The SIFSIX-3-Cu is stable and maintains its original crystal structure up to 50 kGy dose in beta or gamma radiation. Atom colors: C = gray, H = white, N = light blue, F = green, Si = light brown, Cu = orange, M (Ni, Co, Fe, Zn) = cyan, O = red.
