Genetic differentiation (FST) between Roopkund_A (d) and diverse present-day populations, and Roopkund_B (e) and diverse present-day populations. We only plotted present-day populations for which we have latitudes and longitudes; deeper red coloration indicates less differentiation to the Roopkund genetic cluster being analyzed.
