Composition change-driven texturing. a XRD patterns of the SnSe thin films upon heating. At 300 °C, only (00l) peaks of SnSe2 were observed in the XRD pattern. At higher temperatures, these peaks progressively disappeared and the (h00) peaks of SnSe were exclusively detected at 400 °C.
