KRAS knockout signatures correlate with CTC gene expression. a Unsupervised hierarchical clustering and ICA analysis of single cell RNA-Seq data from Ting et al.44 using circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and primary tumor cells from a Kras;p53 mutant mouse model.
