Recruitment of RORα and PPARγ to the PPARγ target gene promoters are mutually exclusive. a ChIP assays were performed in the absence or presence of RORα on SCD promoters in Hep3B cells with or without Rosiglitazone (20 μM) treatment for 24 h and washout 8 h. Promoter occupancy of RORα, PPARγ, HDAC3, Pol II, PGC1α, H3Ac and GFP was analyzed.
