Dear Sir,

We read with great pleasure the important study evaluating the relationship between erectile dysfunction (ED) and the atherogenic index of plasma (AIP) by Ermis et al. [1]. This interesting study investigated the relationship between vascular ED (VED) and AIP levels. We agree with the authors’ results. However, the authors incorrectly calculated individuals’ AIP values. The authors also did not mention the high neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) of the control group. We would like to mention the correct AIP calculation, and elevated NLR in the healthy control group.
