The art of leadership in dentistry

As a fan of pop culture references, to start this piece I thought I'd google ‘films about leadership' and see what inspiration I could find. That expedition abruptly ended when on one of the top search lists The Wolf of Wall Street appeared in the top 10. Not quite the brand of leadership being discussed here. Move on quickly, David.

I guess what it does highlight is that leadership means different things to different people. Is it the actions of the crew of Japan Airlines 516, who calmly and safely evacuated every single one of the 379 passengers on board the blazing aircraft? Is it a Commander in Chief? Is it a club captain or a team captain? Is it that member of staff who operates in the background to ensure everything runs smoothly without anyone ever noticing and never getting the credit?
