There's a growing feeling that unless practitioners change, it's 'digital or death'. Automated this, digital that - if you don't have it then your patients and your business are things of the past.

There may be elements of truth within it. There can be little argument that digital ways have brought about efficiencies, accuracy and mass-production in ways analogue methods could not. One click of a button and you're into a world of online shopping at your fingertips and convenience. The world is coming to us, and if you don't keep up then you're at risk of being left behind.
