On 23 January, the Football Association charged the Crystal Palace Football Club goalkeeper, Wayne Hennessey, with bringing the game into disrepute for what they deemed as 'allegedly' making a Nazi salute in a team photograph.

If you have seen the photo, the evidence is pretty damning, and the use of the word 'allegedly' is quite futile. If you haven't seen it, it doesn't take much to visualise a grown man in a picture with his team mates making the salute.
