Cellular proliferation was monitored in an IncuCyte FLR. Cell lines were assayed in RPMI 1640 media supplemented with 10% dialyzed FBS and the indicated concentrations of glucose and glutamine. Control (11 mM glucose, 2 mM glutamine), Low Gluc (low glucose, 1.1 mM), No Gluc (no glucose), Low Gln (low glutamine, 0.2 mM), No Gln (no glutamine), and No Gluc/Gln (no glucose/glutamine). Data represent the mean ± SD of a representative experiment
