Transplanted t(1;11) patient-derived OPCs form shorter myelin internodes in the hypomyelinated shiverer mice

Transplanted OPCs derived from control and t(1;11) tranlocation carrying iPS lines were transplanted into P0-P2 Shiverer; Rag2 mice intracerebrally. At 8 and 13 weeks post-transplant, OPCs produced MBP + oligodendrocytes (green, top left panel) as well as GFAP + astrocytes (red, bottom left panel). Further, control oligodendrocytes (right column, panels 1,2) produced longer internodes in comparison to t(1;11) derived oligodendrocytes (right column, panels 3,4).
