The black line signifies the assay results obtained with externally lyophilized and reconstituted reagents added to the reaction chambers manually. The red line on the other hand shows the assay results obtained from the MCFA chip with on-chip lyophilized reagents. The antigen concentration was varied from 5 ng/mL to 200 ng/mL
