Since the online publication of this Article, the authors have noted an error in the “Methods” section. The BUN to creatinine ratio in the “Methods” section, under Epoch 1 Methods was incorrect, the correct text is provided below. In addition, the Supplementary Materials have been corrected to include correct values of BUN to creatinine ratio in SI units.
(3) Increases in protein intake aiming at a serum BUN to creatinine ratio > 133.3–161.5 mmol:mmol), except if BUN was >21.42 mmol/L and evaluation of zinc and copper status and urine and stool studies when indicated.
